Knuckle busters and throat slashers...
Odd post, I know, but tonight at ITT I was showing the students how to create wounds with latex, spirit gum and a variety of art tools..I created a successeful "knuckle cut" that had most of the faculty convinced I had crushed my finger in a car door or some such violent thing...needless to say, I enjoyed poking the "knuckle of death" into everyone's face and asking if it looked infected...hopefully I can post images soon...

so...um...whats with the whole "chick-lit" business, eh?
No, I have not crossed over to some other relm...it's just that my wed. group "SCRIBES" that was my twelve step writing 'group' meets at a time when I have to work and I have found a lot of energy and encouragement from "Girlswriteout"
I was also expanding my horizons when I decided to read Denise's book(s) but my source has them stored away some where so I'm off to anchor room to buy one. In the meantime, since I've finished some Franke Herbert, the Leonard Nimoy autobiography and the Buckley Biography...I've picked up my wife's copy of Colleen Coble's "Alaska Twilight".
